Many small businesses use yahoo, sbcglobal, gmail, or other email providers (ex: businessname@yahoo.com) for their business email addresses. Not only does this look unprofessional, but those providers just don’t have all of the built-in productivity features that Google Apps does. Other small businesses use the email system provided by their web host, which has a more professional look (ex: person@yourdomain.com) but are often clunky or difficult to navigate and certainly have no productivity integrations. Most business owners get frustrated by the interface with these email solutions and have their business emails forwarded to their personal accounts.
